Summary

TimeOut4Africa is raising funds to purchase and ship shoes to school kids in Minna.

Challenge

Many families in Minna, Nigeria live in extreme poverty. Consequently, families are not able to purchase shoes needed for students to play sports. In addition to needing shoes to engage in sports safety, shoes are desperately needed as many students walk miles to attend school.

Solution

A new or gently used pair of shoes can provide a child the motivation needed to walk to school. Once in school, the child can engage in extracurricular activities without the fear of causing injury to their feet.
